<li>Vehicle Preparation: Perform preparatory tasks such as filling, sanding, and masking to ensure a smooth surface and clean lines for painting.</li>
<li>General and Partial Painting: Apply paint to both entire vehicle surfaces and specific parts or areas, meticulously matching colors to achieve a flawless finish.</li>
<li>Surface Patching: Skillfully patch and repair surfaces to rectify imperfections such as scratches, fading, or irregularities in the bodywork.</li>
<li>Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and properly care for all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.</li>

<h2><span style="color: rgb(144, 169, 85);">Minimum Requirements:</span></h2>
<ul>
<li>European passport or work permit in the Netherlands.</li>
<li>English level B1 or higher.</li>
<li>Several years of experience in car painting and bodywork with basic technical skills in car repairs.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.</li>
<li>Strong motivation and dedication to work, with a commitment to long-term employment.</li>
<li>Possession of an academic degree or relevant studies in the automotive field is valued.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license is an advantage.<br><br></li>
