<h2>Minimum Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
European passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
</li>
<li>
Basic level of English or Dutch.
</li>
<li>
Technical background or previous experience as a machine or CNC operator (preferred).
</li>
<li>
Safety boots required.
</li>
<li>
Category B driving license (preferred). 
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Key Skills:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to operate and monitor modern machinery (CNC, saws, waterjet, polishers).
</li>
<li>
Good physical condition, attention to detail, and precision.
</li>
<li>
Teamwork and communication skills.
</li>
<li>
Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations. 
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Operate machines such as saws, CNCs, waterjets, and polishing equipment.
</li>
<li>
Process stone slabs and perform custom cuts according to technical drawings.
</li>
<li>
Perform basic maintenance on machines.
</li>
<li>
Work with high-quality materials and directly see the results of your work.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure top-quality results. 
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Job Details:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
</li>
<li>
Location: Deurne.
</li>
<li>
Two shifts:
<ul>
<li>
05:30 &ndash; 13:30
</li>
<li>
13:30 &ndash; 22:00 (Monday to Thursday)
</li>
<li>
Friday: 13:30 &ndash; 20:45
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Saturdays: paid overtime at 150%.
</li>
<li>
Salary: &euro;16.61 gross per hour, with a 115% shift allowance.
</li>
<li>
Transportation compensation: &euro;0.23 per km (from 10 km one way, up to 30 km). 
</li>
