<h2>Job Description:</h2>
As an aluminum welder, your main role will be to weld, join, and assemble aluminum structures and components. You will use TIG/MIG welding techniques specific to aluminum, as well as specialized tools and equipment. Your precision and expertise in aluminum welding will directly contribute to the manufacturing of durable and high-quality products for our client.
Type of Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Beek en Donk Shift Schedule: Morning: 05:30&ndash;14:00 and Afternoon: 14:00&ndash;22:30 Salary: &euro;17.50-18.60 gross/hour (113% rotating shift rate)

<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>

Read and interpret aluminum welding blueprints and technical specifications.
</li>
<li>
Perform high-quality TIG/MIG aluminum welding with precision.
</li>
<li>
Prepare, cut, and position aluminum parts for welding.
</li>
<li>
Check welds for strength, quality, and compliance with technical requirements.
</li>
<li>
Use the necessary personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, and goggles.
</li>
<li>
Work as part of the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
</li>

<h2>About the Company:</h2>
The company is located in Beek en Donk. It is a growing business specialized in the manufacturing of gates, construction fences, and padel courts. You will work in a large workshop where both production and craftwork are carried out. 
<h2>Minimum Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.
</li>
<li>
Minimum English level: B1.
</li>
<li>
At least 3 years of aluminum welding experience or welding certificates.
</li>
<li>
Ability to read and understand aluminum welding blueprints and specifications.
</li>
<li>
Work clothes and safety boots required.
</li>
<li>
Good physical condition, able to stand and move most of the day. 
</li>
