<li>European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.</li>
<li>Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written english communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).&nbsp;<br><br></li>

<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs of their teams.</li>
<li>Post job advertisements on various platforms and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Conduct resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.</li>
<li>Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring teams.</li>
<li>Manage feedback and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct employment references and background checks for selected candidates.</li>
<li>Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's employer brand.<br><br></li>
